Attention Span

This post is about me. If you don't care, move along~.

It came to my attention my one flaw most people, people being my friends, noticed is that I apparently need to have things repeated to me. I'm not mad about it if one of you are reading this, so DON'T WORRY! I'm totally cool with it.

I love blunt honesty. I'd respect you more if you came up to me and told me you honestly despised me rather than act fake around me yet your disgust bleeds through.

ANIWAY! (I spelt it like that on purpose)

I'm going to try to make this not sound like an excuse, but if it does I'm sorry. Judge me how you will. Yes, I notice myself I probably annoy everyone with my repeated questions. But that is because even if I pay attention, or ATTEMPT to, the information comes in and slowly sifts out. I have to process the information over and over for me to register it properly. NO, I don't have anything mentally wrong with me (I think). It's just the way I am.

Back in school, I'd re-read the text book around TEN TIMES and even then, I'd ask my friend to then read the textbook out loud to me for me to simply register two paragraphs, especially if it's a class I am not particularly fond of (FRUKKING PHYSICS-!)

Excursion notes? I'd re-read it three times, give it my parents, and then they'd lecture me about the excursion note, so I'd remember the date of when it is and where I'm going?

Now that I am in university, it's not like high school anymore. It's all lectures. Audio. Word of mouth. I DON'T LIKE IT! I really CAN'T take any of it in! Unlike high school, where everything is in the work/text book, things in the book are extended my WORD OF MOUTH. Unlike high school where you get a note of excursions/trips where the time of start and end, date and place are stated, it's told VERBALLY to us!

NO!

I can't! I'm sorry that I am so annoying, my dear friends. I'm sorry I repeatedly ask you to repeat things to me. But it's just the way my brain works. I'm sorry I'm so dysfunctional.

Please treat me kindly. Q.Q
